Our Team

Alees started her career as a nursing assistant and has worked in the senior living industry for nearly 20 years. Alees has a Bachelor of Science in Family, Life and Child Development, a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration and is a Licensed Assisted Living Director in Minnesota. She was born and raised on a dairy farm in southeastern Minnesota and is a huge fan of the Twins and the Vikings. Alees lives in Eden Prairie with her husband and two young sons.

Dean has worked in senior housing for more than 7 years.  His career started in the US Navy working in accounting prior to moving into sales of a variety of products including night vision products, homecare, health insurance, employment advertising and floral arrangements.  Dean grew up in Ohio before being stationed in San Diego with the US Navy.  Dean and his husband love traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Maren has been a nurse for more than 24 years, working in pediatric, neonatal, pre-and-post op nursing and geriatric medicine.  She has worked in assisted living communities for more than 5 years.  Maren has an Associate of Applied Nursing Degree from North Hennepin Community College.  She enjoys spending time with her three sons and family, antiquing, traveling, and learning about history.
