Supplemental Privacy Notices
This Policy may be supplemented or amended from time to time by additional notices posted to one or more of our Sites, the Site(s) to which the notice applies. These notices provide a level of detail we cannot provide in this general description of our privacy practices. For example, certain websites or specific webpages may contain privacy notices that provide details about the personally identifiable information collected on those pages, why we need that information, and choices you may have about the ways in which we may use the information
Information We Collect
In certain sections of a Site, we may require you to submit your personally identifiable information to us, and we may invite you to submit questions, comments and request information. Information We Automatically Collect

Information from Your Computer or Mobile Device. Information You Provide to Us
E-Mail Content and Newsletters. You may choose to provide us with personally identifiable information in an email message to one of the addresses listed throughout our Sites or by submitting your information in the “Contact” section of a Site. We use this information to respond to your message or to register you for the services you have requested, and we may use it to market or promote relevant services to you. Job Applications. We may collect certain personally identifiable information you provide to us when you apply for a job on our Sites, such as your name address, telephone number, mailing address, and email address. Information collected in the application process is explicitly not included in the scope of this Policy and is not personally identifiable information as described throughout this Policy.
Additional Sources of Information. You may provide additional information to us when you request information or an estimate for services. We may receive this information from you through email, the website, or over the phone. This information may be combined with information you provide to us through a Site.
Third-Party Analytics Tools
Beyond the information you voluntarily provide to us directly, United Properties utilizes analytics tools including, third-party technologies, such as Google Analytics, to collect information and help us understand how visitors engage with our Sites. Third-Party Advertising Tools
Third parties may deliver cookies to your computer or mobile or tablet device for the purpose of tracking your online behaviors across nonaffiliated websites and deliver targeted advertisements either on our Site or on other websites.

How We Use Information

Use of Aggregated Information. We may use information gathered through a Site to create a compiled, aggregate view of a Site’s audiences and its visitors’ usage patterns. Third-Party Data Sharing and Disclosure

Business Negotiations. We may contemplate, for strategic or other reasons, selling, buying, merging, or otherwise reorganizing one or more of our businesses. For example, we may use a cloud-service provider to host information we collect or other aspects of our services. Unsubscribe from Newsletters or Promotional Communications. We want to provide you information that is valuable to you. If at any time you wish to be taken off our mailing lists, please follow the unsubscribe instructions included in our communications to you, contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by mail at the address listed below. Please provide your full name, postal address and email address so that we can find you on our mailing lists. Once we have the information we need, we will remove you from our mailing lists as you have requested. Please give us a reasonable amount of time to honor your request.
Opt-Out Links. We do not control how third parties use your information, but you can opt out of certain third-party activities at the links below.

Our Sites are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. Children under 18 years old may not use a Site without the written permission of a parent or guardian. California Privacy Rights
Shine the Light. California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits users of our Sites that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to other parties for their direct marketing purposes. Notice to Users Located Outside of the United States
Our Sites and the services on our Sites are targeted for users in the United States of America only. Any information you enter on a Site may be transferred outside of your home country to the United States of America, which may not offer an equivalent level of protection to that required of your home country’s data protection laws.
