Our Team

Julie has worked as an Executive Director in senior living for more than 20 years and has been with Ebenezer for more than 10 years. During her career she has managed senior condos, senior cooperatives, and has opened three new senior living communities. She has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from the University of St. Catherine in Minnesota and a Master of Science degree in Gerontology from St. Cloud University in Minnesota. Julie has been a licensed real estate salesperson since 1995 and is a licensed Assisted Living Director in both Minnesota and Florida.   Julie, her husband, two children, and two dogs happily traded in the cold and snow of Minnesota for the beautiful sunshine of Florida.  Julie enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, watching movies, reading and listening to audiobooks.

Catherine has worked in advertising, sales, and marketing in various capacities for over 30 years. She found her passion in helping seniors and their families find the best solution for their housing and care needs 9 years ago. Catherine loves to be on the water in her boat looking for marine wildlife or in the water sand bar hopping and snorkeling. She and her husband enjoy sharing a meal and glass of Cabernet with their adult children.

Dawn Moran (RN, CDONA, BCMHC) is the Director of Health Services at Amira Choice Sarasota. She has been a licensed nurse for 4 decades and has focused in the specialty of geratrics since 2000. Dawn has led teams in Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing facilities both in her home state of Pennsylvania as well as Florida. Dawn’s nursing team is resident focused and under her leadership has a track record of delivering high quality patient outcomes.

Dawn was part of Florida Healthcare Associations "Executive Nurse Leadership Academy's" class of 2024. Also, in 2024 she earned the designation of Certified Director of Nursing Administration in Long Term Care betsowed upon her by the National Association of Directors of Nursing Administration in Long Term Care.

In addition to nursing Dawn has a passion for people. She is a Board-Certified Mental Health Coach and serves in her local church as well as utilizing these skills in how she engages with her staff and residents.
