Susan’s work with seniors began nearly 30 years ago when she completed her Long-Term Care Administrator internship at a Skilled Nursing Home in Ohio. Since then, she has worked in Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care and Skilled Nursing communities as a Business Office Manager, Administrator, and Regional Director of Operations. Susan has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Long Term Care Administration from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio. She has been married to her husband Brian for more than 20 years and has three daughters and a dog. Susan and her family love to go boating and collect shells.

Catherine has worked in advertising, sales, and marketing in various capacities for over 30 years. She found her passion in helping seniors and their families find the best solution for their housing and care needs 9 years ago. Catherine loves to be on the water in her boat looking for marine wildlife or in the water sand bar hopping and snorkeling. She and her husband enjoy sharing a meal and glass of Cabernet with their adult children.

Jayne Parker

Jayne has worked in hospitals as a Registered Nurse for more than 40 years. Her vast experience in the surgery department, management and as a Chief Nursing Officer at hospitals such as Mass General Brigham in Boston have prepared her for her work in senior living. Jayne has her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from St. Anselm College in New Hampshire and her Master’s in Business Administration from Suffix University in Boston. She loves animals, cooking, and her church community. Jayne is an excellent golf and tennis player.
