For couples who require different levels of care, Amira Choice allows them to stay together; while each individual receives the right level of support, both can take advantage of our first-rate programming and amenities.

Independent Living

Living an independent, active lifestyle at Amira Choice means focusing your energy on what matters most to you: community, family and friends, interests and more. With the flexibility of rental living – and without the burden of home ownership – our residents have the time and space to relish home and community with friendly neighbors in a similar phase of life.

Our elegant and spacious Independent Living apartments offer all the conveniences of a traditional apartment home, including a fully appointed kitchen, an open and spacious design and, in most homes, a washer and dryer, and a private balcony or patio. Enjoy cooking in your own kitchen or enjoy our cafés and restaurant-style dining options. While we take care of home and yard maintenance (we can even handle add-on services like garbage, laundry and housekeeping if you wish), you can enjoy our amenities and programming or get out and explore the neighborhood. The choice is yours.

Assisted Living

If you or your loved one could benefit from support with the routines of daily living, our compassionate caregivers can provide the assistance and care to enable a comfortable, confident and purposeful feeling of life at home. We are equipped and experienced to help residents with activities like dressing, bathing and taking medication. We can also provide a helping hand, so our residents can take advantage of all that Amira Choice has to offer, like chef-prepared meals, outdoor spaces with decks and patios, daily events, fitness and wellness programs, and scheduled group outings.

Choose from a variety of bright, light-filled Assisted Living homes with plenty of room for cherished possessions. It’s a feeling of familiarity and fulfillment from the very first day.

Memory Care

We understand the challenges that come with transitioning a loved one into Memory Care. Our compassionate caregivers are specially trained to help people living with Alzheimer’s or another form of dementia to live meaningful lives. Using innovative technologies and programming – such as music therapy – we create an enriching, upbeat lifestyle for our Memory Care residents. We are in regular touch with our residents’ families in order to maintain the connection among loved ones and keep the lines of communication open.

Our Memory Care neighborhoods are small and easy to navigate, offering residents a greater sense of independence as they explore, meet new people, and take part in activities and events. Spacious and bright studio, studio+ and one-bedroom suites include kitchenettes and private baths.

Enhanced Care

For those who require the highest level of individual assistance, Enhanced Care provides the full support of a dedicated team of caregivers who truly know your loved one. Our 24-hour care includes assistance with the activities of daily living in addition to the option of meal service within either the resident’s suite or the main dining room.

Our Enhanced Care residents are welcome to take advantage of our plentiful community amenities and rich calendar of daily activities. They can also participate in unique social events and activities tailored to their specific needs and abilities. Enhanced Care suites are available in studio and studio+ floor plans with a variety of layouts to choose from.
