Enhanced Care

For those who require the highest level of individual assistance, our enhanced care provides the full support of a dedicated team of caregivers. Our 24-hour care includes a high caregiver to resident ratio and assistance with the routines of daily living (personal hygiene, medication management and more) in addition to the option of meal service within the resident’s apartment or in our dining room. We offer inclusive and customized care plans and we take on the complexity and responsibility of caregiving for families. In addition to providing care, we’ll coordinate with service providers and order products – so you can let go of the work of caregiving and return to enjoying your cherished role as a family member. Our residents are welcome to take advantage of our plentiful community amenities and rich calendar of daily activities. They can also participate in social events and activities tailored to their specific needs and abilities.

Studio and Studio+ Enhanced Care Apartments

Enhanced Care apartments at Amira Choice Roseville at Lexington in Roseville, Minnesota, are spacious studios with personal space for your cherished belongings. Located inside our intimate Enhanced Care neighborhood, our Enhanced Care apartments are easily navigable and feature kitchenettes and private bathrooms. A dedicated team of caregivers provides our Enhanced Care residents with frequent scheduled safety checks and services, so you can feel assured your loved one is being well cared for.

All-day Dining

Dine your way, on your schedule. Our restaurant-style dining room serves up three chef-prepared meals daily, while our casual Lex Café offers sandwiches, snacks and coffee. The Pub hosts our festive happy hours and other community events.

Ebenezer Care Services

Full-time registered nurses and 24-hour personal care assistants are available to all residents receiving care. Residents can choose from a large menu of supportive homemaking and healthcare services, like assistance with dressing, bathing, medication management and more. Our list of available services is extensive and includes two-person and mechanical lift transfers, assistance with insulin and other medical needs.

Dedicated Staff

Our intimate Enhanced Care setting offers a higher staff to resident ratio and provides the opportunity for residents to receive more time and attention. Our dedicated 24/7 staff members provide frequent scheduled safety checks and services.

Spiritual Support

We welcome residents of all faiths. For those who would like one-on-one visits – or who wish to participate in devotionals, prayer groups, support groups and grief support – a chaplain visits our community regularly.

Visiting Health Providers

We partner with provider groups to bring experienced podiatrists, audiologists and optometrists directly to our community on a regular basis.

On-site Primary Care Services

We’ve partnered with M Health Fairview Geriatric Services, whose doctors and nurse practitioners are specialists in the care of residential senior patients, to provide on-site care at our community on a regular basis. In addition, AccentCare Fairview Home Care and Hospice provides Medicare-covered nursing services; physical, occupational and speech therapies; and hospice and social work services to residents.
