Your Independent Living monthly rent includes an apartment home complete with a full kitchen, individual heating and air conditioning, in-unit washer and dryer and a balcony or lanai. In addition, a daily continental breakfast and one meal of your choice – either lunch or dinner – is included.
Your Assisted Living monthly rent includes a bright, open floor plan with high ceilings. Many floor plans include a private balcony or lanai. Nursing and clinical personnel – including licensed nurses, caregivers and medication technicians – are available to all residents 24 hours a day. Three chef-prepared meals per day, an emergency call system, and laundry are also included.
