If the apartment of your choice is not available, you can put down a refundable waitlist deposit to be added to our waitlist for that specific unit.

At Amira Choice Arvada, your Independent or Assisted Living monthly rent includes a spacious apartment home. Many of our apartments include a full kitchen, private balcony or patio, in-unit washer and dryer, and walk-in closet. Your monthly rent covers utilities such as electric, gas, water, trash removal, recycling, expanded basic digital satellite TV and guest shared wireless internet. Apartment home and appliance maintenance repairs and plumbing are also included.

Access to our many community amenities is also included in your rent. Enjoy a chef-prepared meal in our dining room, participate in a fitness class, or join other residents in the community room for a birthday celebration. The library, outdoor patio and game room are available to you as well!

Your Memory Care rent includes a bright apartment home. The monthly rent covers utilities such as electric, gas, water, trash removal, recycling, expanded basic digital satellite TV and guest shared wireless internet. Apartment home and appliance maintenance repairs and plumbing are also included.

Amira Choice are senior living rental communities. Our leases are month-to-month, so there are no long-term commitments. But we think you’ll love it here so much, you’ll never want to go anywhere else.

Your Medicare or health insurance does not pay for senior living rent. However, it may help pay for some of the services you receive while living in our community.

Some residents have long-term care insurance plans that may help reimburse them for some of the day-to-day expenses of Assisted Living. Please contact us for additional information.

If you are choosing Independent Living, you do not need a doctor’s order to move in.

Our healthcare team will provide an assessment, discuss available services that may be beneficial to you, and be there to coordinate with your doctor every step of the way. A doctor’s written order is needed to move into Assisted Living and Memory Care.

Yes, you may work with any healthcare provider that you choose. You can continue to go out to appointments with practitioners as you have been doing. There are also medical practitioners and other healthcare teams that visit our community.

Our licensed nursing and caregiving team – on staff at every Amira Choice community – can provide nursing services and help with the activities of daily living.

We provide residences and care for older adults of all faiths. You do not need to be any specific religion to live in our communities.

Absolutely! Your family and friends are welcome to visit you anytime. We encourage your family members and friends to be involved in the life of our community.

Amira Choice communities are pet friendly. Number of pets and size limitations may apply.
