Shane Brown is a seasoned Executive Director in the senior living industry, with a career spanning over 20 years. He began his journey in 2004 in South Texas, where he discovered a deep passion for providing exceptional care and thoughtful leadership in senior communities. Since relocating to Colorado in 2017, Shane has continued to lead with integrity, compassion, and a steadfast commitment to enhancing the lives of residents and their families. His experience, dedication, and people-first approach make him a trusted leader and a valued part of the Amira Choice Arvada community. Outside of work, Shane enjoys spending time outdoors and cheering on his favorite sports teams with his wife and two sons.

Michelle began working in senior living sales and marketing in 2006 when she relocated from the East Coast to Colorado. As a child, Michelle’s grandmother instilled in her a passion for helping people whenever possible. That passion drives her commitment to the seniors and families she has the privilege to work with. Michelle has three amazing children and two grandchildren. She enjoys adventurous road trips, especially to Maryland to spend time with family while eating blue crabs and putting her toes in the sand.

Rose started her career in healthcare more than 25 years ago as a Certified Nursing Assistant.  She continued her education to become a Nurse and has worked as a Director of Nursing for more than 13 years.  Rose has a Licensed Practical Nursing degree from Concorde College in Denver, Colorado.  She and her husband have 3 adult children and one teenager.  Rose enjoys watching her youngest child play volleyball, cheering on the Colorado Avalanche, and traveling.
