Our Team

Ty has over five years of experience in the assisted living and memory care sectors and more than 15 years in management. He holds an AA in Business Management and is a Licensed Practical Nurse. Ty grew up in Lexington, Kentucky. He loves the great outdoors, often camping under the stars or hiking. In his free time, he enjoys cooking meals inspired by his outdoor adventures.

Jessica has worked in senior living communities since 2020, and prior to that, she worked in home care. Jessica has a passion for helping seniors find their best home and knows the resources in the Naples area to get older adults and their families connected to the services and programs that can enhance their quality of life. She has a bachelor’s degree from Florida Gulf Coast University. Jessica has two young boys, and when she’s not at the playground or getting messy with arts and crafts with her sons, she enjoys music and reading.

Sharon worked as a Special Education Teaching Assistant for more than 15 years with the Syracuse City School District before becoming a Licensed Practical Nurse and moving to Florida in 2014. She received her Licensed Practical Nursing degree from the Onondaga-Cortland-Madison Board of Cooperative Educational Services in Syracuse, New York. Sharon is a Certified Dementia Practitioner. She loves to travel, especially cruising, with her husband and two daughters. She has been a Girl Scout Troup leader since 2014.
